By accessing and using the ISB Originals website and mobile application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit/Credit Cards (via Paystack)
• Bank Transfer
• Pay on Delivery (select locations)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your complete card information on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Standard delivery: 2-5 business days (Lagos), 5-10 business days (other locations)
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ISB Originals, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ISB Originals and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

9. Limitation of Liability

ISB Originals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
